By booking with PartyBounceRentalSolutions, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Refund Policy. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PartyBounceRentalSolutions and are subject to the terms outlined in the policy. We reserve the right to withhold refunds in cases of customer negligence, policy violations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund. This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version.

At PartyBounceRentalSolutions, we strive to provide excellent service and quality rentals. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellations

Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the event may receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

If severe weather (such as heavy rain or high winds) prevents setup, you may:

Reschedule your event at no additional charge, or
-
Request a refund minus a 20% reservation fee to cover administrative costs.

3. No-Shows or Early Termination

No refunds will be issued if the customer is not present for delivery, refuses delivery, or ends the rental early.

4. Equipment Issues

If any equipment is not functioning properly, please notify us immediately. Refunds or partial refunds may be issued only if we are notified during the rental period and unable to resolve the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Reservation deposits and delivery fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or attempted.
