PartyBounceRentalSolutions is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet all delivery windows, exact delivery and pickup times are not guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe, clear access to the setup location. Failure to provide proper access may result in cancellation or additional fees. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the risks and responsibilities associated with equipment delivery, setup, and removal.
OUR POLICY
PartyBounceRentalSolutions offers delivery and pickup for all rental equipment within our service area.

Delivery Window: We deliver 1–3 hours before your event start time. Exact timing will be confirmed the day prior.

Setup Included: Our team sets up and secures all inflatables and large equipment upon delivery.

Pickup: Equipment will be picked up within 1–3 hours after your event ends, unless otherwise arranged.

Access Requirements: Please ensure clear access to the setup location (no stairs, narrow gates, or obstacles).

Weather Delays: In the event of bad weather, we may delay or cancel delivery for safety reasons. We’ll notify you as early as possible.

Delivery Fees: A delivery fee of $150 will apply . This will be confirmed during the day of the booking.
