A legal disclaimer

By accessing our services or booking any rentals through PartyBounceRentalSolutions, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you  and PartyBounceRentalSolutions. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt you from compliance. PartyBounceRentalSolutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Effective Date: April 2025

By renting from PartyBounceRentalSolutions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment. The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the scheduled pickup time.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and accessible setup area.

  • Supervising all equipment during use.

  • Preventing damage, theft, or misuse of the rental items.

  • Returning all items in the condition they were delivered.

3. Payment & Cancellation

  • Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery.

  • There will be a 20% non-refundable deposit the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are provided for unused equipment once delivered.

4. Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, PartyBounceRentalSolutions reserves the right to cancel or delay service for safety reasons. Rescheduling or refunds may be discussed case-by-case.

5. Liability

PartyBounceRentalSolutions is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of rental equipment. Customers assume all responsibility once items are delivered and set up.

6. Equipment Use

All equipment must be used as intended and per instructions provided. No food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed in bounce houses or inflatables.

7. Property Access

Customer must ensure delivery and pickup areas are free of obstacles (e.g., pets, vehicles, locked gates). Extra charges may apply if delays occur due to access issues.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
